Reinsurance Carrier
It is our pleasure to announce effective May 1, 2007 Greenlight Reinsurance, Ltd (GL Re) is the reinsurance carrier for National Contractors Insurance Company, Inc., A Risk Retention Group (NCIC) on a 95% / 5% quota share of all losses in excess of $10,000. GL Re now covers 95% of all loses in excess of $10,000 per claim. This contract will run continuously until either party gives notice of cancellation.

GL Re is a property casualty reinsurance company rated “A-“(Excellent) VIII” by AM Best. The Best’s rating report and current financial statements for GL Re can be found on their website at www.greenlightre.ky.

We write National Contractors Insurance Company, Inc. a RRG general liability for more than 50 construction classes including, but not limited to, General Contractors, Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing and Welding.

Our RRG General Liability provides basic coverage in hard-to-place business classes. Small tract work is not excluded, nor do we limit the amount of work sub-contracted. Sunset clauses are available. This coverage is currently available in 11 states. Our coverage is attractively priced. Coverage limits available up to $2MM general aggregate. Premiums begin at $1,500.00. Self Insured Retention (SIR) can be as low as $1,000. Premium for sunset clauses is available.
